Iced Cream Espresso

Try this simple iced espresso recipe at home, for espresso lovers only. I made three of these while doing the video, and I have to tell ya they were awesome. The video clip were I make the drink got corrupted so I was only left with the "recap".

To make the drink: prepare some espresso, mix with sugar in a cup, let it cool, pour over a glass of ice, strain this into a frozen shot glass, pour cream into the glass over a spoon, then top with some foam. Delicious!
